Cheesy Roasted Chickpeas with Smashed Avocado on Crumpet
Ingredients
- Chickpeas
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- Dash of turmeric, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper
- Fry light spray
Preparation
Place the chickpeas in a pot and mix with all the seasonings.
Transfer the mixture to a baking pan lined with baking paper.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes until crisp.
Serve on top of smashed avocado on a crumpet.
