Cheesy Roasted Chickpeas with Smashed Avocado on Crumpet

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • Dash of turmeric, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper
  • Fry light spray

Preparation

  1. Place the chickpeas in a pot and mix with all the seasonings.

  2. Transfer the mixture to a baking pan lined with baking paper.

  3. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes until crisp.

  4. Serve on top of smashed avocado on a crumpet.
