Colorful Buddha Bowl with Avocado

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 1 spiralized carrot
  • 150g surimi
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Mix of greens (arugula, spinach, etc.)
  • Sesame seeds
  • Soy sauce and sesame oil for seasoning

Preparation

  1. Cook the rice and let it cool for a while.

  2. Add the other ingredients to the rice: spiralized carrot, surimi, sliced tomato, diced avocado, and a mix of greens.

  3. Sprinkle sesame seeds and season with soy sauce and sesame oil.

  4. Mix everything well and enjoy! These bowls taste even better when eaten with chopsticks.
