Colorful Buddha Bowl with Avocado
Ingredients
- 2 cups brown rice
- 1 spiralized carrot
- 150g surimi
- 1 sliced tomato
- 1/2 avocado
- Mix of greens (arugula, spinach, etc.)
- Sesame seeds
- Soy sauce and sesame oil for seasoning
Preparation
Cook the rice and let it cool for a while.
Add the other ingredients to the rice: spiralized carrot, surimi, sliced tomato, diced avocado, and a mix of greens.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and season with soy sauce and sesame oil.
Mix everything well and enjoy! These bowls taste even better when eaten with chopsticks.
