Easy Cauliflower Wings
- 2 cauliflower
- 100g Chipotle Mayo (It's Only Plant-Based)
- 100g Garlic Mayo (It's Only Plant-Based)
- 100g panko breadcrumbs
- 3 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp onion granules
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Divide the cauliflower into florets.
In a small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with smoked paprika, salt, onion granules, garlic granules, and dried thyme.
Put one set of cauliflower florets into a bowl with Chipotle Mayo and the other set into another bowl with Garlic Mayo.
Use your hands to evenly coat the cauliflower florets with the mayo.
Dip each coated floret into the breadcrumb mixture, turning it to ensure it is completely covered.
Place the coated florets on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve the cauliflower wings with your favorite mayo as a dip or enjoy them as they are.
