Easy Low-Fat Butter Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 can low fat coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 red onion
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- garlic
- ginger
- 3 tablespoons tomato purée
- chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- chopped coriander
Preparation
Fry the onion, garlic, and ginger in butter.
Add the tomato purée and sugar.
Add the chicken and coconut milk and cook.
Serve with rice or naan and chopped coriander.
