
Easy Low-Fat Butter Chicken

Ingredients
- x2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 can low fat coconut milk
- x1 tbsp butter
- x1 red onion
- x2 tbsp brown sugar
- garlic
- ginger
- x3 tbsp tomato purée
- chill flakes
- x1 tsp turmeric
- x1 tbsp cumin
- x1 tbsp garam masala
- chopped coriander
- 1. fry the onion, garlic and ginger in butter
- 2. add the tomato purée and sugar
- 3. add the chicken and coconut milk and cook
- 4. serve with rice/naan - chopped coriander
