Easy Peasy Healthy Flapjacks
Ingredients
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 1/4 cups of gluten free jumbo oats
Preparation
Begin by preheating your oven to 160C
In a medium sized bowl, add your peanut or almond butter, maple syrup, and banana together and begin to mash and mix well; you can also blend this in a food processor too! Transfer this mixture to a baking tray and press down until your mixture is evenly spread
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until beautifully golden
Leave to cool without getting tempted by the smell, and once done, feel free to enjoy for the rest of the week, day, or hour
