Easy Peasy Healthy Flapjacks

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 1/4 cups of gluten free jumbo oats

Preparation

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 160C

  2. In a medium sized bowl, add your peanut or almond butter, maple syrup, and banana together and begin to mash and mix well; you can also blend this in a food processor too! Transfer this mixture to a baking tray and press down until your mixture is evenly spread

  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until beautifully golden

  4. Leave to cool without getting tempted by the smell, and once done, feel free to enjoy for the rest of the week, day, or hour
