French Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 russet potato
  • olive oi
  • seas salt
  • cracked pepper
  • desired seasoning

Preparation

  1. Russet potato sliced and soaked in cold water for 30 minutes (or longer)

  2. Preheat oven to 375

  3. Drain and pat dry the fries

  4. Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil and season with seas salt, cracked pepper and desired seasoning

  5. Place on baking tray spacing so they don’t touch

  6. Bake for 20 minutes, flip, increase heat to 400 and bake again for 10-15 more minutes

  7. Tbsp vegan mayo with 2 tsp sriracha go dip those fries
