Honey Garlic Cauliflower Side for Summer

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower florets
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 1.5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • Green onions

Preparation

  1. Bake cauliflower florets at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

  2. While baking, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a saucepan.

  3. Bring the mixture to a light boil.

  4. Add water and cornstarch, then turn to low heat and stir until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.

  5. Toss the baked cauliflower with the sauce and sprinkle with green onions before serving.
