Easy Homemade Vegan Cheese for Sandwiches and Pizza
Ingredients
- 60g soaked cashews
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 25g tapioca starch
- 1 Tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 Tsp turmeric
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together.
Simmer the mixture for 4-5 minutes while stirring.
Enjoy the cheese on grilled cheese sandwiches or vegan pizza.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days; reheat to make it stretchy again.
