Easy Homemade Vegan Cheese for Sandwiches and Pizza

Ingredients

  • 60g soaked cashews
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 25g tapioca starch
  • 1 Tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 Tsp turmeric

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.

  2. Simmer the mixture for 4-5 minutes while stirring.

  3. Enjoy the cheese on grilled cheese sandwiches or vegan pizza.

  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days; reheat to make it stretchy again.
