Healthy Pancakes

Ingredients

  • What you need (serves 2)
  • 50 g / 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 60 g / 1/2 cup spelt flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 small banana
  • 250 ml / 1 cup almond milk
  • For the chocolate sauce
  • 5 tbsp almond milk
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Mash the banana and combine with the almond milk. Mix all the dry ingredients and combine with the wet. Heat some oil in a pan or use a non-stick pan. I used 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Turn over the pancake when bubbles start to form. Repeat for the rest of the batter

  2. For the chocolate sauce you want to zift the cacao powder and mix it with the almond milk. Add maple syrup to taste. Thin it out with more almond milk if you wish

  3. Serve the pancakes with the chocolate sauce, pretty fruits and lots of love
