Healthy Pancakes with Chocolate Sauce
Ingredients
- 50 g / 1/2 cup oat flour
- 60 g / 1/2 cup spelt flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 small banana
- 250 ml / 1 cup almond milk
Chocolate sauce
- 5 tbsp almond milk
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
Mash the banana and combine with the almond milk.
Mix all the dry ingredients and combine with the wet mixture.
Heat some oil in a pan or use a non-stick pan.
Use 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
Turn over the pancake when bubbles start to form.
Repeat for the rest of the batter.
Sift the cacao powder and mix it with the almond milk for the chocolate sauce.
Add maple syrup to taste.
Thin it out with more almond milk if desired.
Serve the pancakes with the chocolate sauce, pretty fruits and lots of love.
