Ingredients

  • 450 gm shrimps peeled & deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon sliced thinly
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water or broth
  • chopped parsley for garnish
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes or to your tastes

Preparation

  1. Put shrimp in bowl & add salt & pepper & garlic then refrigerate it for 30 minutes

  2. Oil in skillet on medium heat & add shrimp & cook until shrimp curl for 2-3 minutes

  3. Add lemon slices & lemon juice , vinegar, water or broth & simmer for 2 minutes

  4. Transfer shrimp to serving plate & garnish with chopped parsley & pepper flakes & enjoy
