Ingredients
- 450 gm shrimps peeled & deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon sliced thinly
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tbsp water or broth
- chopped parsley for garnish
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes or to your tastes
Preparation
Put shrimp in bowl & add salt & pepper & garlic then refrigerate it for 30 minutes
Oil in skillet on medium heat & add shrimp & cook until shrimp curl for 2-3 minutes
Add lemon slices & lemon juice , vinegar, water or broth & simmer for 2 minutes
Transfer shrimp to serving plate & garnish with chopped parsley & pepper flakes & enjoy
