Homemade Hummus

Ingredients

  • 400g can of chickpeas
  • 1 or 2 cloves of garlic
  • the juice of half a lemon
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of tahini
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Blend until smooth and serve with chili oil and flakes on top
