Let’s Get a Cozy Vegan Bowl with Buttery Braised Ginger Red Cabbage, Smoky Corn and Pepper, Quinoa Pilaff and Rosemary Hasselbach Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Sugarfree Braised cabbage
  • Red cabbage: 1
  • Ginger: 3 cm fresh ginger grated
  • Olive oil: 1T
  • Balsamic vinegar:1/3rd cup
  • Xylitol: 3T + more if required
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegan butter: 1T

Preparation

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan, when hot add all the ingredients except butter

  2. Cook with a lid on for 10-15 minutes till cabbage is soft

  3. Stir in vegan butter, taste and add more Xylitol if desired
