Let’s Get a Cozy Vegan Bowl with Buttery Braised Ginger Red Cabbage, Smoky Corn and Pepper, Quinoa Pilaff and Rosemary Hasselbach Potatoes
Ingredients
- Sugarfree Braised cabbage
- Red cabbage: 1
- Ginger: 3 cm fresh ginger grated
- Olive oil: 1T
- Balsamic vinegar:1/3rd cup
- Xylitol: 3T + more if required
- Salt to taste
- Vegan butter: 1T
Preparation
Heat olive oil in a pan, when hot add all the ingredients except butter
Cook with a lid on for 10-15 minutes till cabbage is soft
Stir in vegan butter, taste and add more Xylitol if desired
