Panaeng Curry
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1/2 zucchini
- 2 carrots
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation
Chop veggies and tofu inte chunks
In a wok pan, fry onion and tofu in some oil
Add the rest of the vegetables and fry for a few minutes
Pour the liquids into the stew and add the spieces
Put a lid on the wok pan and let the stew simmer for 10 min
Serve with rice
