Pasta Salad Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 package of GF pasta
  • a few cherry tomatoes
  • 1 avocado cut in cubes
  • 2 cups fresh arugula
  • a few marinated artichokes
  • 3 tbsp of capers
  • 3 tbsp of virgin olive oil
  • fresh or dried basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • black sesame seeds (optional)

Preparation

  1. Boil pasta according to the package

  2. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and than mix with your pasta
