Roasted Veg Bowl
Ingredients
- cauliflower
- brussel sprouts
- sweet potato and broccoli
- cashew parm
- pumpkin seeds and drizzled a tahini dressing
Preparation
It was super filling and packed a lot of nutrients
All you gotta do is cut up the veggies small, coat with a lil evoo, salt, pepper and garlic powder! Bake at 425F for 15-20 minutes
I sprinkled a lil cashew parm, pumpkin seeds and drizzled a tahini dressing (not pictured) on top
