Roasted Veg Bowl

Ingredients

  • cauliflower
  • brussel sprouts
  • sweet potato and broccoli
  • cashew parm
  • pumpkin seeds and drizzled a tahini dressing

Preparation

  1. It was super filling and packed a lot of nutrients

  2. All you gotta do is cut up the veggies small, coat with a lil evoo, salt, pepper and garlic powder! Bake at 425F for 15-20 minutes

  3. I sprinkled a lil cashew parm, pumpkin seeds and drizzled a tahini dressing (not pictured) on top
