- sweet potato
- delicata squash
- chickpeas
- avocado

- balsamic glaze

Preparation
Roast sweet potato and delicata squash in oven until tender
Sauté kale and chickpeas in a pan until cooked
Prepare dressing by mixing balsamic glaze and lemon juice
