Ingredients
- marinated fried tofu
- lettuce

- roasted sweet potato

Preparation
Marinate the tofu and then fry it until golden
Roast the sweet potato in the oven until tender
Prepare the vegetables by washing and chopping lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and sun-dried tomato as needed
Assemble all ingredients in a bowl, adding avocado, corn, balsamic vinegar, hummus, hemp seeds, and fresh basil on top
