Quick and Healthy Nourish Bowl Dinner

Ingredients

  • spinach and lettuce leaves
  • cherry tomatoes
  • cucumber
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • basil tofu
  • roasted sweet potato
  • curried roasted chickpeas
  • leftover freekeh with spinach
  • tahini dressing

Preparation

  1. Fill the bottom of your bowl or plate with greens or salad mix

  2. Add your favorite veggies cut up small

  3. Add a protein source

  4. Add a more starchy vegetable to fill you up

  5. Add a healthy grain

  6. Add healthy fats, either from food or in the dressing, or both

  7. Serve and enjoy
