Quick and Healthy Nourish Bowl Dinner
Ingredients
- spinach and lettuce leaves
- cherry tomatoes
- cucumber
- 1/2 an avocado
- basil tofu
- roasted sweet potato
- curried roasted chickpeas
- leftover freekeh with spinach
- tahini dressing
Preparation
Fill the bottom of your bowl or plate with greens or salad mix
Add your favorite veggies cut up small
Add a protein source
Add a more starchy vegetable to fill you up
Add a healthy grain
Add healthy fats, either from food or in the dressing, or both
Serve and enjoy
