Fresh and Healthy Green Papaya Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Palm Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lime or Lemon juice
  • a pinch of Salt
  • 15 Green Beans
  • 7 Cherry Tomatoes
  • Peanuts
  • 2 Red Chillies

Julienne vegetables

  • 2 cups Green Papaya
  • 1 cup Carrots

Preparation

  1. Julienne the green papaya and carrots on the side.

  2. Mix the ingredients with a pestle.

  3. Mix everything together and use cabbage leaves as a base.
