Fresh and Healthy Green Papaya Salad
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Palm Sugar
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Lime or Lemon juice
- a pinch of Salt
- 15 Green Beans
- 7 Cherry Tomatoes
- Peanuts
- 2 Red Chillies
Julienne vegetables
- 2 cups Green Papaya
- 1 cup Carrots
Preparation
Julienne the green papaya and carrots on the side.
Mix the ingredients with a pestle.
Mix everything together and use cabbage leaves as a base.
