Refreshing Vietnamese Salad Bowl with Tofu
Ingredients
Dressing
- 1/2 tsp crushed chillies
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
Salad components
- rice noodles
- veggies or zoodles of choice
- spring onions
- crushed peanuts
- tofu (optional)
Preparation
Shake the dressing ingredients together to mix well and prepare the dressing.
Pour the dressing over rice noodles, chosen veggies or zoodles, and spring onions.
Top the salad with crushed peanuts for added crunch.
For a more filling option, add tofu to the salad bowl.
