Slow Cooked Pork Ribs
Ingredients
- 1/4 of a carton of passata
- tomato purée
- 3-4 tbsp of HP honey bbq sauce
- a few dashes of Worcester sauce
- @franksredhot sauce
- balsamic vinegar
- white wine vinegar
- tbsp of @verylazyfooduk chopped garlic
- half tbsp of their ginger paste (#gifted from this months @degustabox_uk)
- 1 tsp of chipotle paste
- 1 tbsp of @jdseasonings Cajun seasoning
- a little swing of water
- salt & pepper
Preparation
I let this cook for around 6 hours on high, then thickened up the sauce in the hob and put it back on the ribs and whacked a tray in the oven whilst I cooked the chips! Around 15 mins or so to let the sauce bind to the ribs
Served with the chips, salad, parsley and a lemon wedge
