Slow Cooked Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1/4 of a carton of passata
  • tomato purée
  • 3-4 tbsp of HP honey bbq sauce
  • a few dashes of Worcester sauce
  • @franksredhot sauce
  • balsamic vinegar
  • white wine vinegar
  • tbsp of @verylazyfooduk chopped garlic
  • half tbsp of their ginger paste (#gifted from this months @degustabox_uk)
  • 1 tsp of chipotle paste
  • 1 tbsp of @jdseasonings Cajun seasoning
  • a little swing of water
  • salt & pepper

Preparation

  1. I let this cook for around 6 hours on high, then thickened up the sauce in the hob and put it back on the ribs and whacked a tray in the oven whilst I cooked the chips! Around 15 mins or so to let the sauce bind to the ribs

  2. Served with the chips, salad, parsley and a lemon wedge
