Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1/3-1/2 cup @elmhurstnutmilk walnut milk (gum-free milk in a carton yay!)
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)
  • pinch of salt (don’t skip it!)

Preparation

  1. Blend and chill because it’s wayyyyy better cold

  2. Topped with blueberries and @edwardandsons toasted coconut flakes
