Spicy Sausage Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pepper, chopped
  • 6 vegan sausages (I used the shroomdog ones)
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tin taco sliced beans or beans in a chilli sauce
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 veg stock cube
  • plant milk

Preparation

  1. Heat a frying pan and add the onion and pepper to the pan. Cook for five minutes

  2. Chop the sausages into chunks and add to the frying pan. Cook for ten minutes, stirring regularly

  3. Add the chopped garlic and stir in. Leave for a minute

  4. Add all the remaining ingredients and stir in. Add a splash of plant milk to each empty tin and swill around the tin to get the excess sauce. Pour into the pan and leave to simmer for five minutes

  5. Serve with pasta and enjoy
