Sweet Potato Chickpea Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cut chopped dip
  • 1/4 hot sauce (or bbq sauce if you don’t like hot)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 finally chopped garlic clove
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • take them out if they start to brown before the time is up .
  • plant strong coconut curry sauce
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill
  • 1 scoop plant strong unflavoured
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 3 tsp hot sauce (or bbq)
  • 1 tsp curry powder .

Preparation

  1. Cut 2 sweet potatoes in half put on parchment paper in a pan and bake in the oven for 40 minutes on 300

  2. Mix in a bowl and put on pan on parchment paper and put in with the potatoes

  3. Take them out if they start to brown before the time is up

  4. Cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes then let simmer
