1. Toss sliced sweet potato and carrots with EVOO, garlic powder, and salt + pepper. Spread on baking sheet. Toss 1 can garbanzo beans with EVOO and @allspicedsm Za’atar seasoning. Spread on perforated baking sheet. Roast in 450 degree oven for 25 minutes, broiling at the end until crispy
2. Make sauce from 2 tbsp @artisanaorganics tahini, 1 tbsp water, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1/2 tsp maple syrup, dash of coconut aminos, and dash of sriracha
3. Sear sliced @willstudd Halloumi for 2-3 min per side until lightly bronzed
4. Add @organicgirl fresh arugula, fresh sliced @sunsweetgrowersinc tomatoes, steamed broccolini, roasted sweet potatoes and carrots, roasted chickpeas, and seared Halloumi to bowl
5. Top with tahini sauce, sliced green onions, and fresh basil
