Blacken your halved brussel sprouts by putting them in a non-stick pan and forgetting about them for at least 10 minutes. Remember to add water once you see some smoke, then promptly forget about them for another 5 min. Butter a slice of bread with @countrycrock vegan spread, put it on your panini maker, add a layer of blackened brussels, a layer of @clevelandkitchen beet kraut, and a few slices of @daiyafoods vegan cheddar.
