Tikka Masala Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups dry pasta of choice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup vegan cheddar shreds
- 3-4 tablespoons vegan tikka masala simmer sauce
- Optional: parsley for garnishing
Preparation
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and add back into your pot.
Add in your plant milk, olive oil, mustard and cheese and reduce heat to a simmer. Mix everything to combine until the cheese has completely melted.
Add in your tikka masala sauce and mix.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve and garnish with parsley.
