Tikka Masala Mac N Cheese

Ingredients

  • tikka masala mac n cheese! ? by @plantbasedjane ??recipe: 1 1/2 cups dry pasta of choice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 cup vegan cheddar shreds
  • 3-4 tablespoons vegan tikka masala simmer sauce

Preparation

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions

  2. Drain and add back into your pot

  3. Add in your plant milk, olive oil, mustard & cheeze and reduce heat to a simmer

  4. Mix everything to combine until the cheese has completely melted

  5. Add in your tikka masala sauce and mix

  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper

  7. Serve and garnish with parsley!
