1 pound of ground turkey (try to find a brand that has no added hormones at the bare minimum) mixed with sautéed 1/2 pepper and about 1 cup chopped spinach. Then I added in (an in measured amount but next time I’ll measure!!) paprika
garlic
onion powder
red pepper flakes
and some pink Himalayan salt. Rolled them into balls and baked until the internal temp was at least 170F which was about 24 mins on my oven at 400F! Paired with roasted zucchini in avocado oil + baked eggplant (drizzled with avocado oil and garlic and pink Himalayan salt and baked at 400F for about 20 mins) + roasted asparagus + tomatoes
