Vegan Broccoli Fritters with Cheese and Herbs
Ingredients
- 1 whole broccoli cut
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup cashew milk or milk of choice
- 1/2 cup of vegan cheese grated
- Sunflower oil for shallow frying
Preparation
In a pot with boiling salted water add the broccoli and cook for 10 minutes. Drain then mash.
In a bowl place the broccoli, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic, paprika, flour, cashew milk and cheese and combine.
In a fry pan place some sun flower oil then use a spoon to place mixture in the oil then flatten it out but not too thin
