Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 whole broccoli cut
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup cashew milk or milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup of vegan cheese grated
  • sunflower oil for shallow frying

Preparation

  1. In a pot with boiling salted water add the broccoli and cook for 10 minutes

  2. Drain then mash

  3. In a bowl place the broccoli, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic, paprika, flour, cashew milk and cheese and combine

  4.
