Warm Buckwheat and Oat Breakfast Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cashew milk
  • buckwheat flakes
  • jumbo oats
  • pinch of salt
  • almond butter
  • flaxseed
  • 85% chocolate
  • pumpkin seeds
  • raw honey
  • berries

Preparation

  1. Combine 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup cashew milk with buckwheat flakes and jumbo oats.

  2. Season with a pinch of salt and bring to a boil.

  3. Add almond butter, flaxseed, 85% chocolate, pumpkin seeds, raw honey, and berries.

  4. This breakfast will keep you fueled well until lunch.
