Aaloo Tuk
Ingredients
- potatoes
- oil
- salt
- red chilli powder
- chaat masala
- dried kadi patta (crushed)
- garlic powder (optional)
- jeera powder (optional)
- recipe -
- boil potatoes with the skin on.
- if the potatoes are big, cut them into 4. if you're using baby potatoes, use them as it is )(do not skin the potatoes)
- place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper at a good distance. •smash the potatoes using a spoon or your palm ( just enough so that they open up a little and get smashed)
- brush each one of them with oil.
- take all your dry ingredients, mix well, and spread evenly on all the potatoes.
Preparation
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 15-18 mins, or a little more if you want it to be crispy
