Aaloo Tuk

Ingredients

  • potatoes
  • oil
  • salt
  • red chilli powder
  • chaat masala
  • dried kadi patta (crushed)
  • garlic powder (optional)
  • jeera powder (optional)
  • recipe -
  • boil potatoes with the skin on.
  • if the potatoes are big, cut them into 4. if you're using baby potatoes, use them as it is )(do not skin the potatoes)
  • place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper at a good distance. •smash the potatoes using a spoon or your palm ( just enough so that they open up a little and get smashed)
  • brush each one of them with oil.
  • take all your dry ingredients, mix well, and spread evenly on all the potatoes.

Preparation

  1. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 15-18 mins, or a little more if you want it to be crispy

  2. Get them out and enjoyyyy✨
