Aloo Parathas

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1 tsp each ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tsp or to taste green chilli paste
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp each turmeric and red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp oil

Preparation

  1. Mash the potatoes

  2. In a non-stick pan add in the oil and add the ginger, garlic, chilli paste

  3. Fry for 2- seconds, add in the spice powders, mix it well

  4. Tip in the potatoes, coriander and salt

  5. Fry for 2-3 minutes

  6. Keep it aside for a few minutes (30-40 minutes) for it to come to room temperature

  7. Use whole wheat flour dough and make the parathas
