Aloo Parathas
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp coriander
- 1 tsp each ginger and garlic paste
- 1 tsp or to taste green chilli paste
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp each turmeric and red chilli powder
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp oil
Preparation
Mash the potatoes
In a non-stick pan add in the oil and add the ginger, garlic, chilli paste
Fry for 2- seconds, add in the spice powders, mix it well
Tip in the potatoes, coriander and salt
Fry for 2-3 minutes
Keep it aside for a few minutes (30-40 minutes) for it to come to room temperature
Use whole wheat flour dough and make the parathas
