Cashew Cheese Topping for Avo Toasts
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup cashew milk
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Preparation
Soak the cashews in hot water for 1 hour.
Combine all ingredients after soaking.
Let the mixture sit in the fridge overnight to firm up, or use immediately as a spread or dip.
