Cashew Cheese Topping for Avo Toasts

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup cashew milk
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Preparation

  1. Soak the cashews in hot water for 1 hour.

  2. Combine all ingredients after soaking.

  3. Let the mixture sit in the fridge overnight to firm up, or use immediately as a spread or dip.
