Creamy cashew caesar dressing
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 3-5 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp maldon flaked sea salt
- cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
- 1-2 tbsp grated vegan parmesan (optional)
Preparation
Soak the cashews overnight in the fridge or in boiling water for 20 minutes.
Drain the cashews.
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Chill the dressing in the fridge until ready to use.
Tips
The dressing may be warm after blending and should be chilled; soaking the cashews ahead of time is recommended for immediate use.
