Vegan Cheese Sauce with Carrots and Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 dl cashews
- 1 dl nutritional yeast
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1.5-2 dl oatmilk
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Boil the potatoes and the carrot in a pot on high heat until they are soft.
Pour out the water.
Add the carrot and potatoes to a blender together with the rest of the ingredients.
Blend well until you have a smooth cheesy sauce.
Store the sauce in a jar in the fridge for later use.
