Homemade Cashew Cheese for Avocado Toast
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup cashew milk
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Preparation
Soak cashews in hot water for 1 hour.
Use a blender to mix all ingredients.
Let it sit in the fridge overnight to firm up, or use immediately as a spread or dip.
