Homemade Cashew Cheese for Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup cashew milk
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Preparation

  1. Soak cashews in hot water for 1 hour.

  2. Use a blender to mix all ingredients.

  3. Let it sit in the fridge overnight to firm up, or use immediately as a spread or dip.
