Chilli Lime Hummus with Pita Chips
Ingredients
- 3 cups of chikpeas
- 2 tbs of olive oil
- 1 1/2 cloves of chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup of filtered water
- 1 california chill pepper sliced
- 3 tsp of lime juice
- 1 tsp of pink himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, blend til all ingredients are well combined
Scoop filling onto a medium sized plate
Garnish with red pepper flakes, cilantro, and fresh squeezed lime juice
Serve with pita chips and enjoy
