Chilli Lime Hummus with Pita Chips

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of chikpeas
  • 2 tbs of olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup of filtered water
  • 1 california chill pepper sliced
  • 3 tsp of lime juice
  • 1 tsp of pink himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor, blend til all ingredients are well combined

  2. Scoop filling onto a medium sized plate

  3. Garnish with red pepper flakes, cilantro, and fresh squeezed lime juice

  4. Serve with pita chips and enjoy
