Cinnamon Apple Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 3 flax eggs
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients and then bake at 425 for about 15 minutes
