Ingredients
- 1 cup natural peanut butter, creamy or crunchy (or almond butter)
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 6 tablespoons almond milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup gluten free flour or almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- generous pinch of mineral salt (if peanut butter is unsalted)
Preparation
Begin by stirring your peanut butter and coconut sugar together in a bowl. Once mixed well, add in your milk and vanilla extract and combine. Following this, pour in your flour and baking soda, as well as a pinch of mineral salt
Form balls with the dough, and flatten on the baking sheet using a fork
