blend 4 eggs + 1/2 cup cottage cheese {I used the new smooth @gayleafoodscoop cottage cheese}; then add 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper + 1/2 cup feta + 2 tbsp chopped chives + sprinkle of salt/pepper & blend for another 30 seconds; pour into moulds & cover tightly with tin foil; add 1 cup water to your instant pot
add the trivet & place egg bite mould on top; close & hit the steam function for 10 mins + natural release for 10; remove & enjoy
