Crunchy Party Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 45g margarine
- 2tb olive oil
- 1lemon
- sea salt
- 6tb tahini
- 1bunch parsley
- 1 garlic clove
- 4tb lemonjuice
- 80ml water
- 1/2ts sea salt
Preparation
Cook the cauliflower in salty water for about 6 minutes
Cool down for about 10 minutes
Preheat oven on 170°C circultating air
Mix the magarine and the oil
Place the cauli flower face looking up in a baking tray
Spread the oil mix on top
Sprinkle 2 1/2ts seaflakes on top
Roast in the oven for 1 1/2 hours adding more oil mix inbetween (about 6times)
Prepare the sauce mixing all the ingredients together
Serve with lemon splints and the sauce
