Focaccia Bread
Ingredients
- 450 grams wholemeal spelt flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra for drizzling)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 7 grams instant yeast
- 425 mls of warm water
Preparation
Place your flour in a bowl add your salt and yeast and combine
Once combined add your oil and water and kneed for 6 minutes
Dough will appear soft, which is the perfect texture
In a rectangular non stick tray brush some olive oil with a sprinkle of flour and spread your dough and let it prove for 30 minutes
Once proved sprinkle dried rosemary, salt and drizzle some olive oil
