Healthy High-Protein Vanilla Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients
- 8 grams of 1st Phorm vanilla milkshake level-1 protein
- 2 tablespoons whipped Greek yogurt cream cheese
- 4 grams of sf vanilla pudding mix
- vanilla creme liquid stevia (a few drops)
- splash of water
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Add a splash of water to thin if needed, but do not add too much to maintain a frosting-like consistency.
Chill in the fridge to thicken.
