Healthy High-Protein Vanilla Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

  • 8 grams of 1st Phorm vanilla milkshake level-1 protein
  • 2 tablespoons whipped Greek yogurt cream cheese
  • 4 grams of sf vanilla pudding mix
  • vanilla creme liquid stevia (a few drops)
  • splash of water

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Add a splash of water to thin if needed, but do not add too much to maintain a frosting-like consistency.

  3. Chill in the fridge to thicken.
