Iced Turmeric Latte Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups plant-based milk
- 1/2 to 1 banana (adjust to taste)
- 1.5 teaspoons Mons Spice Blend turmeric latte mix
- 1 tablespoon coconut yogurt, optional
- 4.5 ice cubes
Preparation
