Iced Turmeric Latte Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups plant-based milk
  • 1/2 to 1 banana (adjust to taste)
  • 1.5 teaspoons Mons Spice Blend turmeric latte mix
  • 1 tablespoon coconut yogurt, optional
  • 4.5 ice cubes
