Mushroom Burgers with Seamoss Infused Bbq Sauce
Ingredients
- Mushroom burgers: crimini mushrooms
- cooked chickpeas
- red onion
- red bell pepper
- onion powder
- dried oregano
- dried basil
- cayenne pepper
- sea salt
- fresh dill and spelt flour
- BBQ sauce: plum tomatoes
- red onion
- date syrup
- seamoss gel
- cloves
- onion powder
- cayenne pepper and sea salt
Preparation
Pulse everything in a food processor until well combined
Add more flour if the mixture is too sticky
Take pieces of mixture with your hands, form it into desired shape and bake it in a heated skillet with grapeseed oil for 5-6 minutes on each side until browned
Blend everything in a blender, except for the seamoss gel
Add it to a pot and heat it up until bubbles start to form
Stir in the seamoss gel
Take of the heat and serve with the patties
