Pancake Pizza
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup @bobsredmill almond flour
- 1/4 cup chickpea flour (make it extra fluffy)
- 2 eggs (or sub for flax eggs)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp nut milk
- mash 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- - 1 scoop vanilla coconut water collagen (optional: makes it sweeter with ZERO sugar)
Preparation
Whisk all the wet ingredients then add dry ingredients. Pour it all slowly into a BIG pan (sprayed with coconut oil. Put the cap on and let it cook on medium heat for 5 min. Then flip, cook for another 4-5 min
