Pancake Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup @bobsredmill almond flour
  • 1/4 cup chickpea flour (make it extra fluffy)
  • 2 eggs (or sub for flax eggs)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp nut milk
  • mash 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • - 1 scoop vanilla coconut water collagen (optional: makes it sweeter with ZERO sugar)

Preparation

  1. Whisk all the wet ingredients then add dry ingredients. Pour it all slowly into a BIG pan (sprayed with coconut oil. Put the cap on and let it cook on medium heat for 5 min. Then flip, cook for another 4-5 min

  2. Toppings: ? + ? + ? + @thecoconutcult VEGAN yogurt + almond butter + melted chocolate drizzle (I used @eatingevolved) + ? pollen
