Pumpkin Donuts
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/4 cup sprouted flax seeds
- 1/4 cup Tocos (Optional: rice bran for the win ??)
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 2 tbsp Coconut butter
- 2 large chopped dates
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional: if you like it sweeter)
- 2 scoops Collagen (optional: ??doesn’t change the texture or taste. Just for my wonderful skin ??)
- If too dry, add a little bit nut mlyk
Preparation
Pulse in a food processor, Roll into balls then store in fridge
