Pumpkin Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup sprouted flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup Tocos (Optional: rice bran for the win ??)
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 2 tbsp Coconut butter
  • 2 large chopped dates
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional: if you like it sweeter)
  • 2 scoops Collagen (optional: ??doesn’t change the texture or taste. Just for my wonderful skin ??)
  • If too dry, add a little bit nut mlyk

Preparation

  1. Pulse in a food processor, Roll into balls then store in fridge
